Many young people tell us they spend a lot of time worrying about how they look, doubting their worth, or feeling like they’re falling short in some way. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.


These resources were created to help you to understand body image and self-esteem a little better. They will help you to gently challenge some of the harsh messages you may have picked up, and learn kinder, more balanced ways of seeing yourself.


You’ll find space to reflect, practical tools you can try at your own pace, and reminders that your value is about so much more than how you look or how well you perform.


Remember: being kind to yourself is a skill, and skills can be learned.
