The Referral Process

Young Person Led: We strongly encourage the young person to complete the form themselves (with parent/guardian support if needed).

Duration: The form takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. This helps the young person familiarise themselves with our approach and feel "at home" with the service.

Next Steps: Once submitted, our Care Coordinators will process the referral and send an SMS to the young person to schedule their initial appointment.

If you have pertinent clinical details or supporting documentation to add to
a referral, please upload them via our Secure Dropzone: Mindler Sandbox Secure Mailbox
Note: This mailbox is accessed only by our Care Coordinators, who will ensure all information is securely attached to the relevant referral file.
